El Tardeo was born to cultivate Singapore’s love for Spanish cuisine.

In contrast to Binomio, which serves classic traditional Spanish cuisine, El Tardeo brings a modern touch to tapas, aiming to excite diners’ senses in a casual and spirited environment.

Our kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Jose Alonso who has achieved culinary success in the 10 years that he worked alongside Michelin award winning chefs – Sergi Arola and Santi Sanataria.
